Richard Cole

I want to use my experience and skills to help homeowners in the Triad make informed decisions about their home. After 30 years of mechanical engineering within the US & internationally, I decided to settle in North Carolina and become a home inspector. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and received my home inspection training from The North Carolina Home Inspection Training Center. I am a licensed Home Inspector (NC License Number 5485) by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board.
